Cancellation & Payments

• Cancel free until May 1, 2026 (11:59 pm CEST): Your deposit will be refunded minus payment-provider fees.

• After May 1, 2026: Deposits are non-refundable. You may transfer/sell your seat.

• Remaining balance: €400 due in cash at check-in on June 13, 2026. Prefer bank transfer? Contact me beforehand to arrange it.

Seat Transfers (Replacement Attendee)

You’re welcome to transfer/sell your seat after May 1, 2026.
Email the replacement attendee’s full name and email at least 48 hours before Day 1 so I can update registration and send details.

• The deposit already paid is not refunded by me; reimbursement is handled between you and the replacement attendee.

• The replacement attendee pays the remaining balance in cash at check-in.

• Pricing stays the same as the original (e.g., Early Bird remains Early Bird, if applicable).

• By taking over the seat, the replacement attendee agrees to the workshop terms and will be added to the WhatsApp group once confirmed. Digital bonuses will be reassigned.
